Who’s it best for? Babies + Toddlers
Mindful Mondays is the perfect way to ease you into your week.
For parents we have a massage therapist on site. 10-20 minute massages available to book. You’ll be in the same room as your little one so easy to keep an eye on them while you relax.
We’ll also have some kiddy yoga cards laid out so you can make the most of the big space if the kids get fidgety!
Every week we’ll also have colouring, play dough and instruments.
This is a really calm session,
great for parents juggling a toddler and a baby, new parents and energetic toddlers.
Really welcoming, we often usually have a good old feel-good natter.
Big space to run around. Drop-in whenever you can, no pressure to be on time.

Who’s it best for? Everyone
This is for all us parents who feel like it’s midnight by 4pm. You’ve been up since 5am, you’re pooped, you’ve run out of ideas and you’ve still got 5 hours til bedtime.
Come on down for a chat, an awesome coffee or a wine and let the magical powers of colouring do their thing. We have a selection of simple pleasures:
Giant colouring-in tablecloths, stickers, wooden trains and clay. Expect fun surprises every week from giant cardboard colouring igloos to bring in your junk creative recycling challenges. Come kick boredom’s butt with us in this hidden Worthing gem. A hop from Worthing station so perfect for people coming from Shoreham, Hove and Brighton.
This session will be led by Katie, Daisy or Alex (Daisy’s husband)

Is this for me if I have a baby or 2+ small ones?
This is open to everyone, but littlies might want to be able to scribble and stick which tends to happen about 18m+. For mums of 2+ (who are playing that non stop tennis match of looking from left to right), the space at The Railway is at the back and spacious but it does open onto the road so please do keep an eye on your little ones at all times.
