PRESENTS FOR A TWO-YEAR OLD

At the grand old age of two, Otto is mad keen on cars, monster trucks and farm animals (‘orsies are a firm fave). I’m happy to say all presents were a hit and he now does a very cute present dance which is sort of even sweeter than seeing him play.

It pains me to say but this post features a fair bit of plastic, (maybe by 3 he’ll be into the aesthetically pleasing wooden stuff…)

From left to right:

VIVO Barefoot Toddlers shoe, £45. A friend introduced these to me and they are so good for our feet

Paw Patrol Chase car £11. We don’t even watch Paw Patrol but these cars are a hit with both Otto and Alba

Fisher Price Farm Playset £34. This is perfect for two children playing together as it opens up

Dinosaur / farm busy book £12 (below left) .There’s a fair bit of prep to put this together but it’s the best busy book I’ve found

Melissa and Doug ice cream set (£49 but often on sale). This was recommended by loads of people. We actually already have this but thought it was worth including because it’s such a hit and has such longevity. It is pricey but it’s often on sale. Currently on Amazon for £30.99

Monster truck set, £13.50. I do not predict a long shelf life for this one (some of the plastic is a bit flimsy), but for the price you get four pretty solid monster trucks as well as a ring of fire, slalom hay barrels and crushed cars to roll over so loads to play with and it comes in a handy tub so easy to keep bits together.
